Our Sea-Seald™ Brand fresh pasteurized crab meat is the perfect gourmet seafood for retail, foodservice, and commercial restaurant operator use. Our grades of crab are excellent in soups, chowders, salads, cakes, stuffings, dips, deli sandwiches, and appetizers.



Colossal – Extra large lumps of sweet body meat. This is our most sought after grade. Customers typically use Colossal for coctails, oscars, crab cakes. This grade presents exceptionally well on the plate and generally helps build the dining experience.

Jumbo Lump – Large lumps of sweet body meat. Customers typically use Jumbo Lump for coctails, oscars, crab cakes.

Super Lump – Chunks of sweet body meat and broken pieces of jumbo and colossal. Customers typically use Super Lump for crab cakes, sallads, oscars, soups.

Backfin – A delicate blend combining chunks and flakes of sweet body meat. Customers typically use Backfin for crab cakes, sallads, oscars, soups, stuffings.

Special – Flakes of body meat. Customers typically use Special for crab cakes, sallads, oscars, soups, stuffings, and as an extender.

Claw – Chunks of sweet, delicate claw meat. Customers typically use Claw for crab cakes, sallads, oscars, soups, stuffings, and as an extender.

Coctail Claw – Sweet delicate claw meat attached to the pincher end of the claw. Customers typically use this grade for cocktails, fried crab fingers.
